NOTICE: If you should book a luxury Sedan, SUV, or Limousine and later decide to cancel your reservation these are the following conditions.
(1) Cancelled reservation after booking a reservation 20% of the total amount of the bill is due. (Ex: Total bill is $300.00 then 20% would be $60.00, etc.)
(2) Cancelled reservation one week from the reservation date, 20% of the total bill is due.
(3) Cancelled reservation one day prior from the reservation date, 50% of the total bill is due.
(4) Cancelled reservation on the day of the event the FULL (100%) of the bill is due.
ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A MAJOR CREDIT CARD AND THIS WILL GIVE FULL PERMISSION TO SAN DIEGO LUXURY
TRANSPORTATION TO CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD FOR THE CANCELLATION POLICY. IF SAN DIEGO LUXURY TRANSPORTATION IS
UNABLE TO CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE OR THE CUSTOMER DISPUTES THE CHARGES, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO COLLECT FOR
THIS DEBT THROUGH A COLLECTION AGENCY OR JUDGEMENT.
